Dill Potato Wedges Camping Recipe |
This Recipe is meant for older campers. Decide for yourself if it is appropriate for your younger campers or not.

Ingredients: | 8 small red potatoes 1 stick butter 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tsp dill weed 1/2 tsp celery salt 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper |
Instructions: | Wash potatoes. Put potatoes in pot or dutch oven and just cover with water. Bring to a boil and boil for 15 minutes. Drain and cut into 1/8th wedges. Melt butter in dutch oven or frying pan. Saute garlic in butter about 2 minutes. Add potatoes and seasonings. Fry about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Enough for about 6 people. |
